When creating this space we had guests in mind who wished to forgo the sterility of motel rooms for the comfort of a home which is why the kitchen has granite countertops with all the necessary full-size appliances. AC is not a common feature in most properties in Buena Vista area, however, this apartment does have AC for guests’ comfort during the summer months.
The property has plenty of outdoor space also. The front patio is ideal for observing the world passing by, while the spacious back patio, enclosed by a privacy fence, offers tranquility. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or indulge in an afternoon nap amidst comfortable chairs and blooming flowers. During the warmer months you will find a gas grill, bistro lights, patio furniture, and gas firepit to enjoy during cocktail hour or an outdoor meal before taking in the various music events you can find around town.

There are many fishing spots including Cottonwood Lake, Twin Lakes, and Clear Creek Reservoir. We are also located near two world-renowned geothermal hot springs and neither have the sulfur smell often associated with hot springs. Rafting or kayaking the Arkansas River is the destination for thrill-seeking adventurers in the summer but if fall or winter is more your vibe, this valley is as good as it gets in Colorado for leaf peeping, cross-county skiing, ice fishing, and even snowmobiling.
