2 Bedroom House in Eastside, Savannah
This (30 plus night limit ) Fully Furnished Historic upstairs part of Duplex will be all to yourself. It is usually rented to travel nurses interim job holders , or snow birds. Because of that I only take reservations ( within 10 days) from the first date of calendar availability in order to not have a lot of dates in between that can't be rented.
This apartment is less then a mile from Savannah's Beautiful Historic Parks, Squares; delightful coffee and gift shops; and Fine and Fun dining. * Free Parking directly in front and on side of house. And, the lapping waves of Tybee Island Beaches are only a quick 20-25 minutes away. This apartment is on the second floor of over a 100 year old home. It offers much of the charm and character of the era, with high ceilings, historic trim and hardwood floors.
Apartment Includes :
A large bedroom with Queen Sz. bed
A small bedroom with twin sized bed,
A living room with Sofa bed ( double).
A small equipped kitchen- refrigerator, microwave, stove top only, small convection oven, coffee maker , and about all the kitchen cooking needs you would need such as pots and pans,dishes, blender, can opener, wine opener, silverware, etc. kitchen also is stocked with a variety of condiments , spices, coffee, teas, coffee bar items and snacks.
Bathroom- There is split bathroom set up off the hallway - a claw tub/ shower and sink in one room, and a toilet in
* Cable TV and Wifi , plus a tv with DVD player with a variety of movies
Dining is done using a very small 2 person table and / or coffee table
•HVAC- Thermostat is automatically programmed at 74-75 heating, and 75-76 air conditioning in summer and is requested to stay on "auto" setting. There are ceiling fans in each of main rooms and one small heater and plenty of blanket throws also. You may also turn thermostat to off position any time you wish.
•VERY IMPORTANT KEEP NOISE LEVEL DOWN -This is not the place to have loud gatherings. The apartment was originally a single family residence and was converted to a duplex so I ask that you would be considerate of downstairs neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially after 10:00
*There will be a 100.00 Odor removal fee if clear cigarette smoke odor is found in apartment. There is a sitting bench on the base level front porch that one may smoke.
*This Fully Furnished , fully equipped, all inclusive temporary extended stay for 31 nights or more .
*There is no dishwasher or full sized oven.
* Shower Curtain around claw foot tub must stay INSIDE the tub and water Must Not be allowed to drip onto floor. Very important ! It will go down to downstairs apartment
* Parking is Free on the street but please pay attention to Sweeper Sign -Parking is directly in front of house and on both sides of street on side of the house. Look for signs and make sure you park facing the right way and are not parked on the side the street sweeper may be going down that particular evening. Make sure you are considerate with your parking to leave room for neighbors.
NEIGHBORHOOD -This charming little second floor apartment is in a multi cultural neighborhood with mostly elderly and families. Several homes nearby are being beautifully restored. It is only a 4 min drive, 8-10 min bike ride or 20 minute walk to Savannah's beautiful Historic Forsyth Park, Downtown Business District, Great Coffee and Unique Gift Shops, and Tourist Attractions . .
