Inside you will find 3 large TVs, a Golden Tee arcade game, Insta perfect backgrounds, games, a walk-out basement with second living area, and modern décor. Located central to everything Omaha!
Four bedroom entire home with master featuring a King Size bed with the highly sought after Purple Mattress and ensuite. The master also has a large walk-in closet for storage and includes hangers, a steamer, iron and full size ironing board. Bedroom two is adorned with a queen canopy bed, vanity with seat, stylish decor and a neon sign. Bedroom three has two twin beds. Bedroom four is located in the basement and has a queen bed and a fun hanging swing. The full kitchen has all you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a Kureg with pods, creamer, and sugar packets. Individual ketchup, mustard, mayo, and Tabasco packets. There is also a toaster, a waffle maker, Instant Pot, and an air fryer to help with easy breaksfast and dinner preparation saving money not having to eat out. The large stainless steel fridge and freezer is perfect for storing everything you need during your trip. It also has a microwave, electric stove, oven with convection, cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and both ceramic and disposable take-and-go coffee cups. It connects with dining area and family room. The additional living area on main floor is the perfect place to set up party decor or enjoy playing games. The stand-out feature of this room is the Golden Tee arcade game. The family room has comfortable seating and a large TV above a non-functioning fireplace. Additional family room in walk-out basement with 70 inch Samsung Smart 4K Crystal HDR UHD TV and PS5 with 2 remotes. Large sectional lounging couch for gaming and movie watching. Parking is available in driveway for two-three vehicles and on the street during certain times. A laundry room is available for guest use and features new Samsung top load washer and dryer.
Access to home is by keypad with guest specific code issued to each guest prior to check-in. Guests have access to entire home except storage area in basement. Garage is also used for storage and locked. It should not be entered.

The Knolls is a quiet beautiful neighborhood surrounding the pristine Knolls Golf Course owned and managed by Omaha Parks and Recreation. It is located close to many Omaha attractions including Top Golf. It is a short drive to a HyVee, Walgreens, and many food options. If you are looking to commute out of the area, this location gives easy access to 680 and I-80.
In the neighborhood you will also find Roanoke Park. This City of Omaha park features a swimming pool, playground, ball field, basketball court, two tennis courts, paths, picnic area, shelter, open space, and a pickleball court.
Clean pet-free no smoking or vaping home. Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside or out. Guests that smoke will be charged a $1,000 cleaning fee. Any animals brought onto the property will be cause for immediate removal from the home with no refund of money paid for the entire stay. Any animals brought onto the property will also incur an automatic $500 fee plus any additional fees for cleaning or damage. NO PARTIES allowed. This includes inviting additional guests to the home. Anyone having a party, disrupting neighbors past quiet times, or involvement of law enforcement will be automatic termination of reservation with NO refund of any monies paid, and guests will be forced to leave the property. There will also be an additional $500 fee charged to any guest hosting a party. All guests staying in home must be listed as guests at booking. Additional guests are charged per person. No third-party bookings are allowed. If you book the property, you must be staying at the property and are responsible for all aspects of the stay and any fees associated. If any damage to the property occurs during the stay, guests are responsible for immediately notifying the host through the Airbnb app. This property includes a hot tub. The hot tub must be used following manufacturers instructions and the cover on and locked at all times when not in use. Due to the nature of the hot tub, no glass is allowed outside on the deck or the patio or in the hot tub. If the hot tub has to be drained due to glass or other reasons not limited to feces or other contamination, guest will charged a $1,000 cleaning fee plus additional fees for any service or repairs that need completed. When booking, guest acknowledges that they have read all information prior to booking and understand the fees associated with smoking, vaping, pets, and hot tub use.
Check-In is after 4pm on day of arrival. Early check-in May be considered on a day by day arrival depending on availability for a $100 charge. Check-out is promptly at 11am on day of departure. Guests still occupying the home after 11am will be charged $50 for the first 15 minutes and $50 for every 15 minutes thereafter until the home is vacated. Please plan ahead so that all check-out rules can be followed and home can be vacated prior to 11am.
