Sleeping up to 8 guests, this home has a main bedroom that sleeps two, a secondary bedroom that sleeps four with a bed and additional trundle bed, as well as a comfy pull-out sofa in the living room that sleeps two. The updated kitchen features beautiful stainless steel countertops and a full sized-fridge, microwave, oven, stove top and cookware to make staying in a breeze! Utilize the laundry room with your own washer and machines and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the back of the home. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Sit back and relax, grill out, play some cornhole or take a dip in the hottub in your own private outdoor space via the gate next to the back door.

Bayshore Blvd is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village - just a short walk away - is a bustling hot spot for delicious dining, unique coffee shops, desirable boutiques, and vibrant bars! A variety of family-friendly parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are also self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
