The Space:
Step into your own private oasis when you getaway at our our North Hyde Park Villa! This recently built, two story home sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nestled just outside Downtown Tampa and the University of Tampa, the prime location makes it the perfect home base for your time in town!
The first floor of the home features an open concept living and dining space, perfect to lounge and watch a movie or prepare a gourmet meal! In the front entrance you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a comfy queen bedroom. Just off the kitchen is the double twin bedroom and the second queen bedroom, connected with a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom featuring a luxurious bathtub.
Head upstairs to the cozy King Suite that features a luxurious closet with plenty of storage as well as en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower! Next to the primary bedroom you'll find the sunlit office featuring the perfect work from home set up. Feel free to utilize the printer as well, there is additional paper in the armoire for guests!
The lush and spacious outdoor area was designed with our guests in mind. We provide a grill as well as plenty of outdoor furniture to make the most of the beautiful Florida sunshine!

North Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. The University of Tampa and Downtown are just a 5 minute drive away! While you're out, explore Bayshore Boulevard known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States. Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just down the road as well with dining, shopping, and various pop-up events! Armature Works, a variety of parks, and the Tampa International Airport are all also a 10-minute drive away or less!
Getting Around:
Hyde Park and the Tampa Bay Riverfront are very walkable areas but there are self-service bicycles available for rent throughout the city. There are also electric scooters for rent in the neighborhood via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay-by-app parking.
Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the backyard, next to the grill.
- Pets: pets up to 30lbs are allowed up to however we do charge a pet fee, please reach out to us if you're interested in bringing along your pet! Guests will assume any and all responsibility for any liability for pet during stay.
- Guests will need to request approval from host for any events or commercial photography/filming.
- Any excess damages or messes will incur an additional cleaning fee.
