Summary: This property is SO cute! The staff are amazing! The low rating is because at 4am our toilet flooded. I called the front and while they were kind there wasn’t anything they could do at 4am. I was told that they’d deliver extra towels for the mess, which they did not. Thankfully, we fixed it ourselves.
