The Lodge is a purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible Bungalow (attached to our property) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the South Downs National Park.
It consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, exceptionally very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner and utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. the top rated Virgin Media 'MAXIT' TV Package (All SKY Channels (except 'SKY Atlantic') BT(TNT)Sports, SKY Cinema/Disney+/Paramount+/Discovery+/Netflix and ITVX Premium (NO ADS).
We have safe & secure storage for bikes, also mobility scooters with charging facilities if required.
You will have your own front door, alarm & safe. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.
The space:
The Lodge was built as an annex/Bungalow for a disabled relative in 2016. The Lodge has been fully and lovingly redecorated and restyled, and was launched as an Airbnb in Spring 2022. We aim to provide a comfortable relaxing home-from-home.
Guest access
You will have sole and exclusive use of the entire place. There is an internal door between The Lodge and our main part of the building, but this will be kept shut and locked at all times during your stay. You may see us coming and going as our front door is near yours and the driveway is shared, but we are very friendly!
FREE off- street parking (for ONE car ONLY) There will be plenty of room for you to park and turn round, as long as we all park sensibly :-)
Other things to note
Please be very aware that The Lodge is for a MAX of 2 ADULT guests ONLY.
We do not accept children/Infants or Babies. (on blow up/pop up beds/cots of any sort).
This is part of our Local Authority Planning Permission/Consent.
We also do not accept any pets/dogs except guide/assistance dogs.

The Bedroom has full aircon and black out curtains for a great nights sleep.
Absolutely NO parties or extra overnight guests are permitted. To respect our surrounding neighbours, we request that you respect our 'quiet hours' between 10pm and 8am.
