This four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation home can accommodate comfortably 13 guests with nearly 4800 square feet. An amazing retreat for families and friends to make memories and reconnect with each other and enjoy mother nature.
On the main level you are greeted with breathtaking views out of EVERY window from the kitchen, dining area, office, living room and master bedroom. The high ceilings and stone fireplace invite you to relax and take in the mountain views. Enjoy cooking to year heart's delight from the gourmet kitchen with walk-in pantry, granite and butcher block counters and all of the appliances and amenities you will need. Savor a meal at the dining room table that seats up to 7 and 5 more at the large kitchen island. Take in the amazing views as you sip your coffee from 1 of the 4 covered patio's or large flagstone patio; work or school remotely from the private office on the main level as you enjoy the convenience of main level living, master bedroom with on suite bathroom on the same level with private outdoor covered patio.
The lower level has 3 more bedrooms a living room and two full bathrooms. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin up top) along with a queen size sofa sleeper. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, and Bedroom #4 has two full beds and a full on-suite bathroom. Step outside from the lower level onto 2 covered patios and flagstone patio to take in the views and enjoy the outdoors and don't forget the fire pit area provided with gas firepit located below flagstone patio.
A full size washer and dryer in the mud room off of the garage (main level) makes for a very convenient stay. Guests will enter and exit via the garage where you can store your ski's and winter toys, then peel off your outer wear and boots in the mudroom. Your feet will stay warm with radiant in-floor heating on all levels.
Let's not forget the game room on the 3rd level. This area includes a shuffle board table, TV & video's, table to play cards and games and comfy oversized chairs to read a good book.
Downhill and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding are mere steps from the home. During the summer months, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and 18 hole golf course are at the ranch and other's close-by. Enjoy Winter Park, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park all within 10-25 minutes.
Our guests have access to Granby Ranch's Community Pool and Hot Tub located at Base Lodge - Opened on May 1, 2021 - Renter Fee Required (children 8 & under free, 9 and older $10/day/person).
