Summary: Wonderful location and accommodation (3 bed lodge), wonderful staff and wonderful facilities. We received a pre-arrival call from reception just to explain what to look for from the road and then where to head to find reception, which was needed, so made the arrival pretty stress free. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. All staff members we spoke with friendly and made you feel really welcome. The accommodation is probably the best we've stayed in for this type. Everything you needed was there and it was very good quality. Loved all the consideration for environmental impact, so bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Recycled cling film and foil. Food waste, recycling and general waste bins made it simple to sort the rubbish. Sports facilities were great and probably the only disappointment was that some were still under development so couldn't use them. We also bought one of their Sunday lunch, which was beef, and locally sourced along with all the veg. It was so nice and although we wouldn't normally cook a roast on holiday, it was raining outside so was perfect. The Mole is definitely worth a visit and stay.
