Travel Purpose: business
Positive: No breakfast was provided as there was a snowstorm when we stayed and their vendor was not available. There were some snacks and drinks provided which we appreciated. Unfortunately some of the fruit was rotting and should have been disposed of sooner.
Negative: There was no room cleaning while we were there and the staff were offsite which was a little odd, though they were available by phone. The stairs were very icy and it would have been better if the hotel staff had salted the stairs.
Summary: Good value, great location but missing some amenities
