Positive: Location was good. Hotel was quiet. Enjoyed the hot tub. It was in an adjoining building. It was nice to not have to go outside to get to the pool area. Breakfast was micro-wave packaged food but was better than just a continental breakfast. Enjoyed the sausage biscuit.
Negative: BEWARE: Hotel indicates they are pet friendly but after booking they send an email stating that "You must contact them if you are traveling with a pet". I did. They downgraded my room size, increased price and DID NOT RESPOND TO NEITHER Messages nor Phone calls. When checking in they said "yay, we are busy". Nobody was at the desk for check-out. Customer service was lacking.
Summary: Beware if traveling with a pet. See details in comment. Room was ok. Hot tub was enjoyable.
