Summary: The good - it’s a nice size place with lots of room, tv in each bedroom, large fenced in backyard if you are traveling with pets and/or kids. Very nice set up. Two living rooms and two seating areas. Nice large closets and dressers in the rooms. The washer and dryer is convenient. Good water pressure in the showers. Extra toiletries available if you’ve forgotten something. The temperature was comfortable. There was definitely enough room to support a large family. WiFi and cable worked perfectly. The bad - none of the bedrooms has bigger than a double bed, and the beds weren’t very comfortable so sleep wasn’t great. There weren’t enough towels to support 6-8 people even for a short few days stay. The master bath only had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper upon arrival and no extra in the closet. Only extra roll was in the other bathroom. Never located the hair dryer. The kitchen is seriously lacking in supplies when it comes to cookware/utensils. Nice large pots, but no real frying pans. Very little silverware. No strainer, can opener, cheese grater, etc. Only one extra garbage provided. The lack of supplies took away from the convenience of having a kitchen. The neutral- the place has a strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite a no smoking sign. Saw other reviews where the host had replied it was listed as a smoking property. The house does need some TLC. Some of the kitchen cabinets are missing doors, or screwed shut. Floors in the master bath is in need of repair.
