The Space:
The Space:
Our apartment is located in the historic Olde Towne East neighborhood and an easy five-minute
drive from Downtown Columbus. This is a transitional area, with many brand new developments happening all around. This is off of the Main Street so there is little street noise here. Located in a secure brick 9-unit townhouse building right nearby all of the highway junctions.
You’ll enter the property using a deadbolt keypad on the front door. Once inside, you’ll discover
a sparkling clean, renovated 2 bedroom townehome. The kitchen, living space, and dining area are
all separate rooms, but archways allow them to flow together to create a lovely social
environment. The bedrooms, painted in calming earth tones, and the bathroom are upstairs for a traditional townehome set up. There is also an unfinished downstairs cellar and a large community garden right across the street..
While we are not a 5-star hotel, we believe our home-felt amenities, responsive communication,
convenient location, and local knowledge are perfect for the uncomplicated traveler.

With a fantastic downtown location at an unbeatable value for the quality, this home will make your stay in the metro Columbus area one to remember. Anywhere downtown, Grandview, or The Short North is a quick 5-10 min drive. Take a stroll through German Village which is home to many locally owned restaurants, breweries, and boutiques. I personally recommend Plank’s Pizza, Valter’s, Schmidts the world famous Thurman’s Café (as seen on the Food Network); they are all great places for foodies and for beverages. With proximity to Columbus John Glenn International airport, only 15 mins away, this is the perfect location for anyone in town for a short trip. With easy access to Highway 670, 70, and 71 you can make it to any location around in Columbus in about 15-20 minutes (without traffic). Many of Columbus' most popular attractions like: The Columbus Zoo, Ohio Theatre, Short North, Crew Stadium, Nationwide Arena, Easton Town Center, Ohio State University, Cosi, Brewdog, Schiller Park, Ohio Expo Center, Convention Center, Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe), Huntington Park, North Market, German Village, German Village, Ohio Statehouse, Ohio State Medical Center, Scioto Mile, Goodale Park, Berliner, Polaris, Campus, Columbus State University, Ohio Health, Goodale Park, Wexner Medical Center, and Mount Carmel, and Children's Hospital are all easily accessible! Getting Around:
There is plenty available around this home with a quick 5 minute ride. Located in the up and coming Southern Orchards neighborhood it is home to several eateries, bars, & shops and within a Lime Bike or rideshare away so I highly recommend checking out a few of the locally owned spots during your stay. :) Downtown Columbus especially the Short North and German Village, which is also about a 5-7 minute drive, has even more places for food, fun, and festivities! We’re also just a short 20-25 minute drive to all of Columbus’ attractions and hotspots with ridesharing services Lyft and Uber available.
