The space
This completely private space is part of a 3-plex, with two other units being attached. It is an older brick building built in 1910, and has been completely renovated. The insides are all updated with stylish furniture, 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware...etc., you would ever need to make a home cooked meal. There is private laundry access in the basement of your unit, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The backyard has a small fenced yard and is private, although shared with the other 2 units.

You will have complete access to your rental space. The only exception is locked linen closets where extra linens are kept to help flip the house for future guests.
