Enjoy lake views while you relax in our updated, energy-efficient home close to all that the Upper Valley has to offer! Dartmouth College and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center are both nearby as are many skiways, breweries, hiking opportunities in the White Mountains and Appalachian Trail, and all of this with views of Mascoma Lake.
Our home is outfitted with bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, and more. The TV has a Roku in guest mode which allows you to sign in to your streaming apps with the convenience of knowing it will sign you out automatically at 11am on the day of your departure. The smart lock allows you to come and go with the convenience of never having to remember a key.
One bedroom has a queen bed, the smaller bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed, and the living room's sectional pulls out into a bed with a full size mattress.
There is a small dug fire pit in the back yard with nice views of the lake and four chairs while a picnic table at the front of the home offers the best lake views on our side of the street.
While the home offers no lake access, less than a mile down the street is a public beach with ample parking and a well marked crosswalk.
Please note: We have two exterior security cameras in place to ensure the safety of our property. One is located at the french doors facing the driveway and the other is monitoring the side entrance.
