Welcome to The Owls Nest, our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home near OIT and downtown Klamath Falls! Perfect for families or groups, our stylish space features a fully renovated kitchen with modern amenities, ideal for cooking and gathering. Step outside to an inviting backyard, perfect for relaxing or hanging out with the family. Inside, tasteful decor and cozy furnishings create a comforting, welcoming vibe.
The Owls Nest is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home located near everything downtown Klamath Falls has to offer! The kitchen has been meticulously updated and new flooring has been installed. There is a large, beautiful outdoor space in the back yard, which includes a grill area, fire pit, swings and dog run area!

Guests will have access to the back yard and interior of the house. The garage will be locked with no guest access.

Although there have been many updates, this is an older, quirky home! It is important to note the following:
-The heating system is ran on geothermal. This means we will set the heat to one temperature for the winter and guests will not have access to change the temperature. If it becomes hot in the house, guests will need to open special windows designed to cool off the interior.
-The property is located directly across the street from a school, and is on the corner of a 4 way stop. During school hours there will be traffic as the kids are dropped off and picked up from school. Parents tend to congregate and park on the street outside of the house. If you are at the property during the day, you may hear the kids playing.
-The property is located in Pacific Terrace, which is a notoriously beautiful part of town. However, the train is across the main highway and you can hear it throughout the neighborhood. You may hear the train noise if you are home.
-We have placed white noise makers in each of the rooms, and will also provide ear plugs for your convenience!
-We scheduled a renovation of the front yard, but the work has been postponed until Spring of 2025. For this reason, it is not quite the most aesthetically pleasing at this time.
-This is a residential neighborhood and there are no parties allowed! Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M- 7:00 A.M.
- Smoking is allowed onsite, however, not inside the home. If there is any smell of cigarettes or indication smoking occurred inside the home, we will charge a fee to remove the smells.
-No pets are allowed on the furniture.
-If a pet is found to be digging outside, we will charge a fee of $100 to cover the cost of damages to the yard.
-No guest shall tamper with the propane tank. If we find the seal is broken or touched in any way, we will charge the market value rate of the propane tank.
