Summary: The property is great, bed is comfy, towels are plushy and delicious, cleanliness is amazing and the hotel staff were very nice but the restaurant was highly disappointing. I am unfortunately rating the hotel based on the restaurant experience as well. The one part that was completely unacceptable on the hotel's part is that I had amenities delivered to our suite twice during my stay that included an allergen for me and when I expressed this at check out, the answer I received was, "It would have been better if you had let us know yesterday." Well, it would have been better if the hotel had read all of the notes on my profile as they were fully aware from weeks beforehand and in writing. Also, I felt very ill during my stay so calling In-Room Services was not a priority and I should not have to be the one pointing this humongous mistake out if I have already given the hotel the information. This is particularly dangerous if you have children! Regarding the restaurant, when I ordered the 40 Euro "Exotic Berries" plate which was simply a tiny plate (size of a handful at best) of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, it came with visibly moldy blueberries. Also, part of Wait Staff was very rude.
