As you walk through the entrance of this lovely comfortable 2 level four bedroom holiday home, you will be greeted by a cosy living room that features 2 POANG chairs and stereo system, perfect for unwinding or even entertaining.
The ground floor of this property is also filled with two bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other bunks and a single fold out, bathroom with bath and shower and laundry with washing machine. To round out this level is a double lockup garage which leads out to the outdoor family entertaining area with accompanying Zeigler BBQ, outdoor table and chairs.
Heading up the stairs to the 1st level you will find an expansive natural light filled open plan living space with 50 inch TV, DVD player, 3 POANG chairs + grey 3 seat sofa. Leading on from this is a 6 seat dining area and island bench top with 2 bar stools which then flows through to a balcony with 2nd outdoor entertaining area.
The kitchen on this level is fully fitted with Bosch stainless steel appliances (gas cook top and electric oven), fridge, dishwasher and microwave. And rounding out this level is the Master Bedroom with queen bed, large WIR and ensuite as well as 4th bedroom /study with a king singlebed.
Other features of this property include reverse cycle air conditioning (master bedroom and downstairs queen bedroom), Wi-Fi and Nobo wall heaters.
