This two bedroom vacation cabin offers all bedrooms on one level with an attached finished garage. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed with twin trundle. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a full size pull out couch. Sleeping a total of 9 in the property. Just off the guest bedroom is a second full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The property boasts a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked (see photos) with all the comforts of home and seating for 6 at the table and 3 at the kitchen island. The patio off the living room is the perfect hang out for warm days with additional eating and entertainment space. Hang out by the firepit or grill up some steaks. That's not all...the garage is also staged for entertainment with games and a smart TV.
Explore Arnolds Park by foot, being in the heart of all action. Spend all day at Arnolds Park Amusement Park and then stroll down Broadway Street for the taste of the local life. (Make arrangements for longer stays or if you think your group will need more than provided in the welcome pack) We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store and will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
