Positive: The property is in an awesome location, and the room was beautiful.
Negative: It was quite noisy from the bar downstairs and there was a dirty towel from the previous occupier still hung up on the back of the bathroom door. The main issue though was the service, it took a weeks and multiple emails and a phone call to get a response to a question, no one picked up when we called for room service, and bar the gentleman on reception when we checked in who was lovely, every other person we interacted with on reception made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Given the cost of the room would have expected polite interaction as a minimum.
Summary: Nice room but (mostly) poor service
