There aren't words to describe the finishes and materials that make up this masterpiece. Aside from the majesty of the design and layout, The Reserve on Deer Run is no more than a 250 ft walk to the ski run giving you the ability to jump on the beginner run called Stampede. It's a short run down to the base and is just about as good as a ski-in/ski-out.
Our only home with an elevator will make luggage and grocery placement that much easier giving access from the lowest level to the top level of the home.
The top level of the home makes up 3 of the 4 bedrooms. One is a spacious king with an en-suite full bath. Next door is the bedroom with two twins with a full bath in the hall shared with another king bedroom.
The main (middle) level of the home is the living room with a double-sided gas fireplace to be enjoyed inside and outside, dining and kitchen all one large open room with 25' ceilings and walls of windows top to bottom. The master bedroom with gas fireplace, and walkout access to the deck.
The outdoor space is just as impressive as everything indoor. Ample seating with a built-in BBQ grilling station, gas fire pit, and a deck that wraps about 3 of the 4 sides of the home. The 8 person hot tub has a motorized lift making enjoyment of soaking in the outdoors so easy.
