One of the bedrooms is actually a bunk room that sleeps 6. The total bed space accommodates 14, but in addition there are two living areas with queen-sized sleeper couches which could sleep 4 more. Plus there are 3 futons that make into beds as well. There is a huge covered deck as well as a rock patio with lounging chairs where you can kick back and enjoy a cook-out or relax with friends or family .
