With 1400 sq ft of covered outdoor space, including a screened sitting area, there is sure to be plenty of space to spread out and relax, and enjoy the freighters as they pass by while you have dinner or drinks on the deck overlooking the main channel.
The house is truly setup to take advantage of the outdoor space and views of the Thousand Island Bridge, boaters and freighters.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an open kitchen and living space. There are 2 refrigerators and pantries to keep all your food and drinks for your stay.
