This location is perfect for small and large groups alike. This house features 1 king and 2 queen bed sets, high quality couches for an extra guest, a 65-inch TV with Netflix access, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and new furniture and mattresses for great rest! The garage can fit two cars and street parking is free.
The Sharp Home has 3 bedrooms furnished with everything you will need. The master has a king while the other two bedrooms have queens with brand new and super comfortable mattresses. You will love sleeping here. n nBoth bathrooms have all the towels that you will need for your stay which are located on the bed upon arrival. The front and master bathroom have a tub shower combo Toilet paper shampoo and body wash is available for all guests. n nThe kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave stove and oven pots and pans cooking utensils and a coffee maker. A dining room table sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out. n nThe living room contains two comfy sofas that can also double as extra beds for two people. These are brand new and are super comfortable. This area also contains a 55 Roku enabled TV with Netflix access already set up. The WiFi in this property is quick and will handle all your streaming needs. We do not provide cable but feel free to login to your TV provider account for access. n nThe backyard of this property is fenced in with fresh sod to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. n nGarage is accessible for guests and can fit two vehicles. n n nOur interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Recreational activities like Grab Axxes The Range and Anytime Fitness are nearby favorites along with local restaurants such as Harrigan's and Cook’s Garage. n nOther than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Parking is not very busy in this neighborhood and the garage and driveway are private. n nThis property is not pet-friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets. Violation of this policy will result in a $150 pet cleaning fee being assessed

Lubbock is a large city by land mass and because of this a car is recommended. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get by with ride sharing services such as Uber or Lyft.
