Tucked away in central Scottsdale, you’ll be close to Kierland/Quarter and golf courses. The downtown nightlife, parks, and all the other life essentials are within an easy reach .
This luxury guest house is 1500 SQF with large bathroom , living room , kitchen area and laundry room.

By booking the house, you agree to the following rules and policies:
1. A government issued photo ID is required upon check-in for all guests who will stay in the house.
2. There is no access to the backyard of the main house.
3. The Great Room has 16 foot-wide sliding glass doors on both the North side and South side. The South-facing doors will be unopenable and curtained off for host/guest privacy. The North facing front door and glass sliders are fully accessible for guest use and allow the guest to look out and access the side yard.
4. RESIDENTIAL NOISE *: Music or any kind of noise must be turned down after 8:00 pm. The noise level should be respectful of the neighbors at all times . If the police are called, you will be fined $1,500 and/or lose your deposit. You will also lose the remaining nights of your stay with no refund.
5. CHILDREN: Children 12 or over are welcome.
6. ADDITIONAL GUESTS/Visitors* - The maximum number of the guests/visitors to the house is limited to the number of guests listed when making the booking, unless approved by the host in advance.
7. Non-Smoking*: This is a Non-Smoking property.
8. MAXIMUM Cars*: The maximum number of cars allowed is 1 unless approved by the host. Cars must park in the driveway at all times. No street parking.
9. PETS* : Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
10. Parties or Events*: No parties or events allowed.
11. Check-In/Check-Out Time*: CHECK-IN time is after 4 PM and CHECK-OUT time is before10:00 am, unless a different time is approved by the host.
12. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If available, there is an extra charge for this and must be approved by host before check-in
13. We are not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal valuable items with you.
14. AC/HEATER - Keep all doors and windows shut when running the AC or the heater! We are a small business and can't afford an expected high utility bill.
15. We care very much about our home and strive to keep it in excellent shape. If anything is out of order, please let us know as soon as you arrive. However, the house is provided in “as is” condition. We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the house, such as ACs/Heaters, Internet access, satellite or cable TV access, pools, and fireplaces, as applicable. We should not be held responsible for such items' failure to work during your stay, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.
*Minimum $300 fine will be applied for rule violation and you may also lose the remaining nights of your stay with no refund.
