Take it easy at our speakeasy! Perched high up in the avenues giving the property great views, our ground level unit is a perfect home base. If three rooms are needed, the living includes a Murphy bed and has a door that can be shut from the rest of the unit. Minutes from downtown, the convention center and the best restaurants in the state, and still only 40 minutes from Park City or the top of the Cottonwood Canyons housing Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude.
This is a ground level unit with a private exterior entrance. There is another unit upstairs and during the winter the owner lives there.
