Bleu Sky Villa is comprised of two buildings that are separated by a slate breezeway. One building is a 1000 square foot great room with 20 foot vaulted ceilings and consists of a kitchen, dining room, half bath and living room. The living area features wide plank reclaimed hardwood floors and is surrounded by windows and sliding doors opening up onto the deck that runs the entire length of both buildings. The ocean can be seen from every window and every position within the room. Relax on the incredibly comfortable Philippe Starck designed sofa after a hard day of beachcombing and water activities. Watch a movie on the 50 inch flat screen TV from one of the many blu ray DVD’s available or enjoy a good book from our selection while listening to an eclectic array of world music from the IPod stereo. Sip a perfectly temperatured glass of wine from the wine cooler while viewing the hypnotic waves rolling in through the all glass sliding doors or walls of windows or venture outside onto the large deck just off the living area. The hide carpet enhances your comfort giving warmth to the room, while the Moroccan lights add to the exotic feel.
The gourmet kitchen is perfectly set up for all your culinary desires. The all stainless steel appliances are of the highest quality offerings by Jenn Air and Bosch. The kitchen floor and countertops are all white carrera marble. Up to (4) lucky guests can hang out at the marble bar watching their meals being prepared by the “chef” in the group or swivel around and watch your favorite sporting event.
The dining room table will seat up to 8 guests comfortably. The grill master in your party will be very pleased with the new stainless steel Weber grill on the deck that overlooks the ocean from every angle.
If you must do a bit of work while on vacation there is a desk equipped with necessities, with an Aeron task chair that overlooks the ocean. There is also an I-Pad that is available to utilize for your convenience to stay connected if you are inclined.
The great room also has a half bath with an oversized glass door, cinnamon wood counter with Duravit over mount sink and over mount Axor/Starck faucet. The Duravit toilet is wall mounted selected to ensure cleanliness.
The other 2 story building houses the (3) bedrooms and (2) bathrooms. The separation of the buildings ensures the utmost privacy, peace and quiet. Some guests can watch a movie or stay up late catching up while others retire to their rooms to read or sleep off their gourmet meal.
The downstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom is accessed from the slate breezeway (~12 feet across) between the two buildings. Lay in the king size bed on Scandia Down pillows and 700 thread count sateen sheets and watch cruise ships pass by at night and wake up to amazing views of the multi blue hued ocean as the waves gently roll in toward Twin Cove Beach. Step on to the perfectly placed sheep skin rug over the wide plank wood floor that triggers the realization that you are on vacation. You can access the deck from the sliding glass door facing the ocean. There is a walk in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom enclosed by a 9 foot sandblasted glass door. The bathroom has a long cinnamon wood counter with double vanity over mount Duravit sinks and Axor/Starck faucets.
The entire bathroom is white carrera marble on the floor and walls. The oversized shower is encased in glass with Hans Grohe showerhead and controls and the toilet is a Duravit wall mount variety again for optimum cleanliness. The towels are lush 100% Turkish cotton that are provided for your use during your stay as well as a T3 blow dryer.
The (2) upstairs bedrooms are accessed from a spiral staircase positioned between the two buildings. The second of the three decks is at the top of the spiral staircase which is perfect for hanging out on the two teak lounge chairs or stargazing while you feel like you can reach the stars at night. Enter the upstairs from the deck through a sliding glass door. A luxurious bathroom separates the (2) bedrooms upstairs and all rooms are accessed from a hallway for additional privacy. Entering through a large glass door, the bathroom features marble flooring, glass tile shower with all glass door, double vanities with over mount sinks and faucets, and vanity with drawers, lush 100% Turkish cotton towels, T3 hairdryer are provided for use during your stay. Enjoy the best feature of showering while looking out the shower window at Sky Beach.
One of (2) upstairs bedrooms has white marble flooring and is directly above the downstairs bedroom with incredible views of the ocean. You can also lay in this king size bed on comfy down pillows with 700 thread count sateen sheets and watch the cruise ships pass by at night and wake up to the sounds of the surf and ocean views. There are also great views of Sky Beach from the window facing north. Enjoy a cup of coffee out on the private deck sitting on one of the two deck chairs reading or staring at the hypnotic blue hues of water.
The third bedroom has white marble flooring and also had great views of the ocean facing north and south. There are (2) bunk beds in this room with a full size bed on the bottom that folds into a sofa and twin beds on top. The sheets are 300 count sateen.
There is a small laundry room in the back of the home accessed from the deck with a new washer and dryer. As well as an outdoor shower.
Lastly the (3) decks offer fantastic views of the ocean from every vantage point made possible by the stainless steel cable deck railings. Hang out on any of the (5) teak lounges or (3) chairs. This is truly an incredible spot to spend several hours of your stay enjoying the sounds of the surf and awesome ocean views.
All rooms including the living room are equipped with high speed modern fans and Mitsubishi wall mount a/c units for your comfort. We also supply (14) large beach towels, (4) beach chairs with canopies, (2) additional beach chairs, (1) beach umbrella, (4) sets of snorkel gear, (2) luggage racks, (1) regular cooler with wheels, (1) Polar bear soft cooler, board games, and Frisbees all to enhance your beach experience.
