Summary: My first contact was when I noticed I had reserved a room for the wrong date. Holly was gracious enough to change to the correct date and fortunate for us another room was available. When I returned home, I realized my iPad was missing. I called Holly and she was able to find. My first experience with The Tanglewood was such after two of my mistakes, they may not want us back. Holly’s business sense was very good. She was always calm and ready to help when needed, spoke clearly and was poised. She is a keeper.
