Need to house the hockey team, church choir or a decent sized militia? We have the space for you! This traditional home is a ranch style classic with three bedrooms on the first floor and 1.5 baths. Comfortable amenities and kitchen, living room etc. Through the garage and down the stairs is the "team room". 5 Full Size Bunk Beds, for possible sleeping of 20 or more. Couches also convert to beds and a full bath and laundry are located in the finished basement. Full bath and shower in basement. Parking for 6 vehicles total. Enough plates, cups, and tp for the whole squad. A 4 season dining area to get everyone together. Large, fenced back yard with a grill (bring your own propane), wrap around deck with outdoor furniture. Half a mile to Sport One facility, very close to Coliseum and downtown Fort Wayne. Fort Wayne Zoo and other amenities very close!

Summary: This house has a mouse issue, droppings in the kitchen drawers, upstairs living around fireplace, the only could in the main living room only seats seven or eight people, two seats where completely broken, so only six people able to sit, u have to go in a unfinished garage to go downstairs, did not like as it split up the family;( the house needs to be cleaned and things fixed around the home, also a big one, the neighbors drove around taking pictures and videoing us, it made me and are family unsettled;( we checked out a day early, I did text the manager or owner about the is when I arrived he said he could call a pest control but it was a weekend and probably couldn’t do anything till Monday,they never came Monday and the couch he said is it usable? Well honestly they knew all of this, never offered a discount;,. Not happy
