The condo is located at a comfortable 1500 foot elevation on the slopes of Mt. Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our condo is conveniently located just 30 minutes south of the Kona Airport, less than 15 minutes from amazing snorkeling and the quaint coastal town of Kailua-Kona. Great location. Just 10 minutes from the artists’ village of Holualoa. Less than 15 minutes from shopping and grocery.
This condo is a "bridge unit" which means there are NO STAIRS from the parking lot to the front door. The condo is all one level, the kitchen has been completely remodeled with a new stainless steel kitchen sink, all new appliances, granite counter tops, and recessed lighting. Wall to wall tile in both bathrooms which also have been completely remodeled! Amenities include a tennis court, basketball court, BBQ gas grills, communal pavilion, and heated salt-water swimming pool!
Kona Coffee Villas is a non-smoking property with smoking only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking areas.
Maximum occupancy limited to 4 guests. 7-day minimum stay required by HOA.
