Two additional living areas are sun-soaked and give the sense of bringing the outdoors inside with an abundance of windows capturing the stunning sights of the expansive established garden, while a huge deck provides peace and privacy to sit in solitude, or entertain family and friends.
Sleep everyone comfortably in 3 bedrooms plus the second living area, with the master providing a king bed and ensuite, second bedroom with queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom featuring a single bunk bed and fold out single bed. The second living has a good quality fold out sofa bed, sleeping two people if needed.
Kept consistently comfortable all year round with reverse-cycle heating/AC throughout and ceiling fans in each room, this private leafy retreat is just meters from the iconic St Andrews Beach foreshore.
