Bring your family and make a week of memories at our home away from home! We are located less than a block from the ocean with amazing water views! It's also only about a 10-minute walk from the ferry.
Our space is completely updated for your family to relax and enjoy modern conveniences while experiencing the nostalgia of years gone by in our historic beach cottage on Peaks Island.
We named our place "Virginia" after it's long time owner who was a dearly loved member of the Peaks Island community.
Summer rentals are from Sunday to Saturday.
Peaks Island is an excellent place for a slow-paced family vacation. The entire island is walkable with a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop, a gift and ice cream shop, and even a public library.
There are sandy and rocky beaches and so much to explore that no one should be bored! Experiencing the beaches at high tide and low tide is also a unique opportunity to investigate sea life.
Golf carts and bikes are available to rent on the island (reservations required). You can even bring your car via the ferry if you desire. We have a free parking space in front of our house.
