Centrally located in the heart of Phoenix, and just a few minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the Willow Historic Neighborhood is at the core of the Valley’s freeway and public transportation networks.

Bright and spacious kitchen including a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker; fully stocked with all the essentials to stay in and cook.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is stocked with items including: hair dryer, toilet paper, and fresh towels and eco friendly soaps . Walk in shower.
BED:
Cozy Queen Sized Bed with fine linens. Large flat Screen Smart TV Additional blankets, sheets, and pillows available upon request.
Note: there is a small skylight (round, ~16” diameter) situated above the center of the bed. As the Casita is small and surrounded by trees and greenery, the natural light helps enhance the space. Light-sensitive sleepers may want to bring a sleep mask or eye cover.

This casita is on the same property as “The Willow ", but have private backyard spaces that are separate from one another. The main house can be rented along with the casita for an additional 8 guests maximum. By solely booking “The Willow Casita", you are aware and acknowledge that it is a shared property with any additional guests that may be staying in “The Willow” simultaneously.

GUEST SCREENING:
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process, and your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay.
HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property! No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars.
No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $175 non refundable pet fee.
No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
Absolutely NO Parties or events | Quiet hours from 10 p.m-8 a.m.
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED This is a residential area.
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
