Overland Park can be a great location to stay whether you are coming into town for a conference at the Overland Park Convention Center, a medical appointment at one of the many specialist or hospitals in the area or a sports tournament/event. OP is located only minutes from major highways making it easily accessible to neighboring cities that include Lenexa, Olathe, Shawnee and Prairie Village.

The living room in the basement offers a space to get away and have a movie night! This space includes a large sofa and three additional chairs as well as a huge ottoman and Smart TV. In this space there is also a separate work space if you are on a business trip or needing to catch up on emails!

This home offers three bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in the basement. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a king size bed, Smart TV, an on suite bathroom with a walk in shower! Other features include bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. The other two bedrooms are on the main level, one features a queen size bed and the other is a twin that extends into a full size bed. All bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, overhead lighting and plenty of closet space with luggage racks.. Finally, the fourth sleeping area is in the basement and also features a king size bed and a full size bathroom with a large stand up shower. (The sleeping area is not fully enclosed and is open an entertainment area)

All bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
