Summary: We were so disappointed with our stay at The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyo. We booked a Luxury Harbour King Park view room and got a view mostly of an ugly metal roof. Be very careful which room you choose unless you don’t mind what you are looking at. Reception staff were polite when we asked for another room but declined to move us unless we paid more money. Our kids room 713 was a much nicer view with a view from the bathtub. The service is very good and the buffet breakfast was delicious with something for everyone to enjoy. The hallway and room carpets are a bit stained and musty smelling, furniture chipped etc but overall pretty clean. I wouldn’t recommend due to the hotel room description being untruthful.
