Relaxing and spacious serene 3 bedroom 2 bathroom private home with huge front and back yard. Beautiful and simple makes for a relaxing retreat, a home away from home. Boise River 1/2 block away. Hammock chairs out back, fire pit w/Adirondack chairs, yoga mats, bikes and Tandem available for a memorable ride. Stand up paddle boards! Fully stocked Kitchen, coffee bar, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Bedroom #1 with en-suite (attached private full bath) & large closet, wood burning fire place.
The space
The entire space has been created for your most relaxing and fully equipped stay. It's a relaxing home away from home with everything you could possibly need for your entire family!
A beautiful home that feels like a Zen retreat. Everything is clean, peaceful and quiet. Simple and serene atmosphere in every room. There is not a sound from vehicles as you are in a small quaint cul-de-sac in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking in driveway and street.
The entire property house and yard has wifi (wireless 5G) name and passwords given at time of check-in and are listed in The ZEN House “Guest Guide” as well. DISH TV, Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube are also available for your use.
The kitchen window looks out onto the beautiful spacious back yard. Awesome "Breakfast Bar" seats 4, great spot to eat or drink or just hang out while watching the chef. Fully stocked kitchen: large oven, large dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop with 4 burners, large sink, blender, Keurig coffee with espresso pods, crockpot, kitchen aid mixer, toaster, rice cooker, Instapot and happy to get any other appliance as needed.
The dining room opens up to the back yard. Enjoy outside dinning with hanging chair hammocks, BBQ (fuel included). Dinning tables outside with Umbrella with lights and soft relaxing lights along the fencing. Backyard has a garden.
Enjoy the front yard as well with comfortable seating and peaceful environment with great views of the mountains, Table Rock and Bogus Basin beyond. Tree swing and hammocks in the front tree and the backyard.
Amazing, large living room with views of the mountains that are only blocks away. Enjoy watching TV from the oversized large comfy couch while enjoying the view. There is also a wood burning fire place in the living room with wood included.
The home is a couple blocks from the trails on the Boise River where you can walk, hike, and relax on the many benches with the incredible sounds of flowing water. Also there are numerous bike paths just minutes away via bike - ask us how to add the tandem bicycle to your booking which is so much fun! We also have cruiser bikes, kids bikes, mountain bikes and even road bikes available to add to your reservation. Almost every bike you could think of is optional (your host is a retired professional cyclist and at your service).
There are 3 relaxing peaceful bedrooms. All rooms come fully stocked with comfy beds, dressers, closets, desks and chairs, soft lighting, ceiling fans, central heat and air conditioning throughout home. All rooms have extra linens and pillows, blankets, throws. Fast 5G WIFI throughout house.
Two full bathrooms (one is in the largest bedroom/private bath). The main bath has a bathtub and shower with a window that looks out into the private, serene back yard. The en-suite has a shower. All bathrooms fully stocked, you do not need to replace anything, it is included.
The washer and dryer are new and quiet right off the hallway from the dining room. We launder our sheets/linins/towels/etc. using Arm and Hammer Oxy Clean detergent, and we use Trader Joes Wool dryer balls with no chemical or dyes (we do add a few drops of Organic Lavender Oil to the dryer balls). If you are sensitive to these types of products, please let us know at the time of your booking so that we can discuss options that will work best for you.
The ZEN house is pet friendly, with a modest pet fee. There is a fully fenced backyard for your furry friends! Most of the Boise trails system is now an on-leash community so please respect the neighbors and leash-up if you leave our property. Kindly pick up after your pets please. The fee for pets is $25/day/pet. 2 pet maximum. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know at the time of booking. Thank you!

Entire home, back and front yard, driveway. Front and back yard is completely private for guests and fenced in all around. Everything in the home is for guests. Washer and dryer with detergents supplied and located inside the home. Everything in the bedroom closets with extra linens, hangers, etc bathrooms with extra amenities, and hall closets with cleaning supplies up high, outlet plugs in case you have young children.
