-Theater Room: Features an 85” TV with plenty of seating, arcades, board games, toys, and books for multiple entertainment options for all ages!
-Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes everything you need for cooking, pots/pans, bakeware, and spices. Enjoy our coffee bar with complimentary coffee, tea, creamers, and sugars.
-Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, two guest rooms with queen-size beds, and one guest room with a twin over queen bunk bed. The is also a 5th bedroom/office with a twin daybed and a queen-size air mattress for use in the living room
-Baby-Friendly Supplies: Pack ‘n Play, baby bath, monitor, baby gates, and high chair available for your convenience. We also have kids dinnerware, toys, books, and games.
-Gym Access: Each stay includes 2 free day passes to Spearfish’s newest gym, Level Up, located 5 minutes away. Enjoy strength and cardio equipment. Additional passes can be purchased online.
-Streaming Services & Wi-Fi: Roku TVs with YouTube TV and Netflix, plus fast Wi-Fi throughout the home.
The Layout:
-You’ll enter the home on the main level. There is the kitchen, living, dining, garage, and backyard access from the main level. From the foyer, you go up a half flight of stairs to access the master bedroom, two guest rooms, guest bathroom, and laundry. From the foyer, you go down half a flight of stairs for the basement living/game room, additional guest room, office, and a guest bathroom. You also have access to the outside from this level. -Scenic and Convenient! We are in a quiet neighborhood, just a mile from groceries, coffee shops, fuel, restaurants, and the highway. Spearfish Canyon is only 2 miles away. There is a park with a playground as well as a dog park within walking distance, plus sidewalks leading to downtown Spearfish.
Parking:
Includes a 2-car garage, driveway parking, and a parking pad on the side of the house. Limited street parking with respect to neighbors. All Paved Roads: Easy access for vehicles.

-We allow up to 2 dogs with a $75 pet fee per dog, please book with the proper amount of pets.
-Extra Guest Fee: An additional $20 per night per guest applies after 6 guests. This fee covers the extra amenities and cleaning required for larger groups, ensuring you still receive excellent value compared to booking multiple hotel rooms.
