Coming to town for a tournament, a festival, or to use the inland water ways? Great, because this house is located in town 1 block off the Cheboygan River (the gateway to the Great Lakes and the inland waterways). You can launch your boat or drop in a line to fish right off the riverbank. Everything happening in town is walking distance. City Beach/Marina is less than a mile (great walk) where you can build a sandcastle, take a dip, watch the boats go by, also a playground and soccer field.

Quiet neighborhood in Cheboygan. Neighbors keep to themselves. Please respect the quiet hours of sunrise to sunset. The back yard with the fire pit allows for plenty of space away from the neighbors for you to enjoy at your leisure.
