Located in the Historic District of Thousand Island Park on a double lot with parking for 2 cars. You are just a stroll away from the playground, pavilion, Wellesley Island Hotel/Pub, The Guzzle, shops and library. Thousand Island Park also offers weekly movies at the Tabernacle, organized softball, kickball and soccer games for the kids, basketball and tennis courts, sailing and kayaking lessons at the Yacht Club, story time at the library and much more. $1650 + $200 TIP Corp fee. Owner cleans and provides all linens, towels. All bedding including quilts and blankets are switched between renters. There is also plenty of sports gear for your enjoyment.
Our cottage offers flat screen SmartTV, radio, blue ray player, Wi-Fi, board games, bocce, corn hole, 2 paddle boards, red wagon to help transport gear to the swimming areas, electric golf cart available for an additional fee of $250 and much more.
