Short description of the apartment:
The three-room apartment, located on the third floor (no elevator) of the building on the corner of the street and the main square of the town, consists of a double bedroom with a double bed (new mattresses and nets with wooden slats), a living room - kitchen (complete with all the necessary crockery) with double sofa bed (also with wooden slats), a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
All rooms overlook the square with a majestic terrace that surrounds the whole apartment.

The appliances (TV, fridge with freezer, washing machine, oven etc.) are complete and in order.
Brief description of the context. Numana is a tourist village located at the peak of a beautiful cliff overlooking the sea. A main course divides it in half, from the entrance of the village where you can comfortably park, to the sea. The apartment is right in the center of this street, in the beautiful Piazza del Santuario, which has just been redecorated: a real "sitting room". The distances described are really short and easily passable on foot even for those who are not fond of walking. Upon your awakening, the perfume of the artisan pastry shop will come in through the windows and gently cover the aroma of the SEA and the WOOD just a few steps from home. On leaving, you will find yourself after only 50 meters in the Belvedere of "Piazza Nuova" ... you will lose yourself in a dream landscape. Imagine Monte Conero in the north that plunges (with its almost 600m high) into the Adriatic Sea, while in the south, as far as the eye can see, the entire coast of the Riviera of the same name up to Civitanova Marche. Around you only the scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub that blend with the seabed visible even from a distance, just below. The crystal clear, imperturbable waters lap some of the most characteristic beaches of the Conero park, right there, a few meters from you. You will not resist the temptation to run on the beach and dive into those beautiful waters, I repeat, a stone's throw from home. As you bathe and relax, you will notice a little further on (if you are lucky to happen in the right period) the marine enclosure of the turtles that swim waiting to be freed. Returning home you can take two steps among the "alleys" that unfold from the center to the sea, characteristic and well cared for. You can stop in one of the various places and if you like, savor "a spaghetti with moscioli" (woe to you, our mussels are so called) just caught, or maybe enjoy an aperitif at sunset overlooking the sea or perhaps on the shore, with the sky tinged with all the most beautiful colors and the breeze that caresses your face.
Numana is all this and much more.
Good food, "right" places, programming of events, all in a context designed to allow tourists fun and relaxation. Furthermore, which should not be underestimated, it is not just a seaside resort. Numana is immersed in an incredibly interesting context to visit. The Bosco del Parco del Conero just 5 minutes away, Sirolo and its narrow alleys within walking distance, Loreto and its Basilica less than 10 minutes away by car. Porto Recanati and its shops, Castelfidardo, Camerano, Osimo and Offagna with their walls full of history and mysteries all within 10 minutes by car. Then Ancona and its unmistakable charm between the port and the historic center just 13 km away, but also Recanati (15 minutes) and Urbino (one hour) with their immense cultural background.
