Located in the trendy inner suburb of Newcastle, ‘Tighes Hill Oasis’ is like walking into your own private tropical cottage. With Newcastle’s historical beaches only minutes from the property and easily accessed, you can enjoy the areas coastal walks, cycling, trendy cafes, family dining and some of the region’s largest shopping districts. Add to that, you are only 45 minutes from award winning wineries in the Hunter Valley and from the incredible nature of the Port Stephens area with its giant sand dunes, you are sure to find something for everyone to enjoy.
This single-story property is fully furnished and has all the modern conveniences and luxuries you need to fully enjoy your stay. With an open plan living area, three generous bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and unique skylight, you can’t help but unwind and relax in the space. Enter the backyard and automatically you will feel like you have entered a tropical oasis. This private rear court area has lush grass for the kids to play on and a bricked area to place a chair, enjoy a cold beverage and enjoy the morning or afternoon delight.

Whilst the rear bungalow is locked and not accessible to guests, the rest of the property is available for guests use. There is no garage however there is ample on street parking for guests to park. The house is filled with natural light and enjoys all that comes with living in the beautiful Newcastle area.
