Entering via a remote WIFI passcode deadbolt, a small hallway gives room for entrance to the kitchen and master bedroom, with its walk-in closet, private granite-embellished bathroom and walk-in shower.
A dining area hosts a table and chairs and a roomy granite kitchen bar area providing extra seating, a relaxing space for conversation with the cook(s), or a spot for morning breakfast.
The living room, with access to a small screened-in patio, boasts a 70" flat screen TV with 200+ channels.

USE RESTRICTIONS
1. For the comfort of the community quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
2. No noxious or offensive activity shall be conducted in any unit that would interfere with the rights, safety, comfort, or convenience of another unit or units, and nothing shall be done in a unit that may be or become a significant annoyance or nuisance to others.
3. No unit shall be used for any unlawful purpose and no unlawful act shall be
committed or permitted in or upon any unit.
4. Unit doors opening onto the public hallways and building entry doors will be kept closed and secured at all times, except when in use.
5. Nothing will be done or kept in any unit which may result in the cancellation of insurance on the building or contents thereof, or would be in violation of any public law, ordinance or regulation. Gasoline, fireworks, propane or other highly flammable or explosive material, other than common household products in limited quantities, will not be kept in any unit, its balcony or storage area.
6. The walkway, hallways, entrances, corridors, and stairways are not to be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the building(s).
7. The exterior of the Units and all other areas appurtenant to a Unit shall not be painted, decorated or modified by any Owner in any manner without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors, which consent may be withheld on purely aesthetic grounds within the sole discretion of the Board of Directors. Lockboxes on entry door are permissible with the written
consent of the General Manager. All door locks shall be uniform in appearance. Deadbolts are permissible with the written consent of the General Manager.
8. No article, including but not limited to cloth, clothing, rugs, towels, or mops shall be hung or shaken from the doors, windows, balconies or porches of the Units or placed upon the outside windowsills of the Units.
