Positive: Location was great, just a 10 minute drive from where our event was held at the Metropole near the centre of Brighton and they had parking right out front for a car. Hosts were truly lovely and made sure we were able to find the place and get in and even had a bowl out of pastries and fruit for breakfast. The Kitchen ameneties were good although we barely used it as we ended up being out more than we intended. The place was very clean and stylish, and the main space didn't feel cramped at all. Neat little spot for a cheaper stay in/near Brighton.
Negative: It really is a tiny home, so it can be a bit of a struggle for bigger people, however it's a decent space if you just need the basics. For us, the bed was rather stiff but doable, I'm someone who prefers a much plushier/softer bed so it was a little bit difficult for me to find it super comfy, but again, it's a nice space at an affordable price to stay the night or two.
Summary: Very clean, conveniently located and affordable spot with lovely hosts.
