Other fabulous features include a large recreation room complete with pool table, ice hockey table, darts, TV area, and wet bar. The chef's kitchen is ideally designed with an expansive island, an additional wet bar, pantry, and large dining space. The outdoor space offers private outdoor dining on the deck, grill, fire-pit, and hot-tub. All of this is just a minute north of Leland! ** Hot Tub installation will be complete winter of 2025.
