The suite is family & pet friendly & is set up to offer short or long term stays. The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed & there is a queen pull-out couch in the living room; up to 4 guests are welcome.

The living room features a fireplace, Smart TV, and pictures windows with panoramic ocean views and mountain views. Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furnished with 4 outdoor chairs and a patio table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with standard size appliances to allow guest to cook and dine in. Complimentary coffee and sugar are provided.
Guests are welcome to use the In-suite washer/dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided.

No loud music on the deck.
Guests may occasionally hear noise from the B side and from other guests in the building.
Guests are required to take their left over food/drink with them upon departure.
One well behaved dog is welcome per group. As per strata policy, the dog must not be higher than 22 inches at the shoulder ($150 Pet Fee).
Pets are not to be left unattended in the suite.
Pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture.
