Summary: Upon arrival (3:00 p.m. check in time) I was made aware the hotel had been booked solid for the past two days and my two queen bed room was not yet ready, there were also three other families waiting for their rooms. We were able to check an hour and a half later, waiting the whole time in the lobby unable to enjoy the pool because we were not officially checked. I was not offered any type of stay credit and all the while we were waiting for our room I’m assuming he is the manager ( he wasn’t wearing a name tag) was laughing and conversing with staff not helping out with his cleaning staff since they were obviously under staffed.
