Our townhome is a turn-of-the-century building that was used by workers in the Cherry Creek North Gardens. The place has a retro feel and the kitchen, stove and washing machine/dryer are not brand new but are clean and functional. Everything you should need should be there and if not, we will try to get it for you.
We have a small back yard and patio where you can sit, relax and read or have dinner.
Our place is not a condo. It has no-one above or below and is on ground level with a front and back yard! ♥
If you have a car, your private covered carport is right behind the home. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the bathroom.
There are neighbors in close proximity so please keep the noise level low.
Guest access
Access to townhome is by private front door from the street or back door from the carport and back yard.
[When you first check-in, please use the code that was provided to enter via the front door, then pick up the keys from inside and use the back door and unlock the gate to access the carport space. Thank you]
Please note the short walkway from the back door to the back yard gate is shared. You have the whole house and yard and carport to yourself!
