The dining room overlooks the living room, which opens up to the private furnished patio and backyard with a propane grill. There is also a powder room on the main floor. Head upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one of which is en-suite. The lower-level den doubles as a bedroom with a sitting room, another flatscreen TV, a sitting room with a futon that opens to a Queen bed, a Twin bed, with another full bath, and full laundry room.
