This newly-renovated, cozy two-bedroom home in El Sobrante can accommodate up to 4 guests. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a flat-screen TV, while you can often eat outside on the patio in our typically fine California weather.
Two sunny bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two single (the second is a pull out) beds offer a relaxing sleep, and if your business follows you everywhere, there is also a laptop-friendly work space. The main bathroom has a large mirror and a high-end shower for your convenience. For those who plan to stay a longer period, there is also a washer and dryer available on site.

My place is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of low ranch-style houses with lots of parks nearby. Only half a mile away, you can enjoy affordable food with vegan choices in Vegan N’ Chicken restaurant. There is a great neighborhood convenience store J&A, about a mile away that stays open from early in the morning till late at night. For night entertainment, Ed's place and it's friendly staff await you within easy walking distance.
Getting around
Some of the local sights include Alcatraz (21.6 miles), the infamous high-security island prison that has been turned into a museum. Among its most notorious inmates was the gangster Al “Scarface” Capone. Nearby Tilden Regional Park is one of Berkeley's oldest and most famous parks, with activities like pony rides and carousels, that make it ideal for all the family. You can get there by car, via Wildcat Canyon Rd and San Pablo Dam Rd (10.6 miles).
