Sumptuous living space with leather seating for 8, one being an electric massage chair. An antique piano for the cozy, family sing song in front of the roaring fire. Vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, Apple TV with free movies and sports.
Open plan through to the kitchen and dining area, with a very large wooden dining table. A newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, with a coffee maker (Keurig) and fully stocked cupboards of pots / and etc.
Both the kitchen and dining areas have double French doors opening onto the very well designed and maintained private gardens, which surround the property. Both the front and rear have patio table and chairs for outdoor dining wherever the sun is. A fire-pit, A quality gas grill enable the full outdoor living experience OC is known for.
The bedrooms are all a good size. The master with a Kingsize, hardwood bed, a 40" Smart TV and a well appointed shower room.
A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and Full size bunks and a large twin make the 3rd bedroom great for sharing kids. A fold away single bed is provided too.
